I have been going to the dealer since I first purchased my car back in 2005. The dealer promised me free oil changes for life, but then took them away when a change of ownership happened. Not cool. I didn't want to return there simply for the principle, what they did was wrong. I just was nervous to go anywhere else but had heard good reviews from friends for California Autohaus. The minute I stepped in I was promptly greeted and made to feel like I was in the right place. They did a complete inspection and diagnosis of my car. They corrected the problem I went in for and also offered me a rental car for the day so I wasn't put out. I felt very happy leaving there today, knowing that I would be returning again when I need, and would be totally taken care of in a professional and honest manner. Goodbye Dealership and HELLO California Autohaus!!

I have been taking my Honda to Glenn for years. I trust him completely. Every issue I've ever had has been resolved entirely. Very satisfied customer! I recommended him to my family and would say the same to anyone else who owns an import!

I never received a phone call to pick up my car. The employee insisted my number was disconnected and didn't work. I had him call my cell phone right in front of me and it rang. I don't appreciate being lied to. If they can't even dial a number correctly or not at all, I don't want them fixing my car. The prices are expensive too. I went to them as a second opinion and their prices came back much higher. You should shop around.

I have been a customer of California Autohaus since 2008. Bob and Lavon diligently kept my wife's and my son's Range Rovers (2004 and 2000 respectively) running... and on any given day this was no easy task! They were always proactive and always looked-out for my best interests. Their timely and professional service enabled me to sell both vehicles four years later. I replaced one of the RR's with a Cayenne and took in for its scheduled maintenance and their new, very experienced (yep, he started on 356s and worked his way to current models) Porsche mechanic, Tom Muehl, stepped-up and diagnosed some issues and then executed the requisite repairs. Meanwhile, Lavon negotiated the path through the warranty company successfully and now, the Cayenne is in perfect running order. I will continue doing business with California Autohaus!
