Areo Auto Repair definitely deserves 5 stars. Their process of accepting and declining services is very easy and done from your phone. All pricing is up front; any fees and service charges are properly disclosed before accepting services. Did they do the classic service center thing of offering additional services. Yes. However it wasn't as annoying because of the process. Simply put they called and said based on milage and VIN we recommend these services. No pressure. Check my phone a few minutes after the call, the awesome upfront pricing and additional services (detailed) are ready to either accept or decline. That simple. Additionally, they go above and beyond. I brought my vehicle in for warranty coverage (third party) and they dealt with warranty company for me. Allowing me to be less stressed. Final thought: Customer service is amazing. Got me my vehicle back when promised even though there were delays (not their fault). Offered me a ride when I dropped off my vehicle. Kept me updated throughout the day. In comparison to other service centers (dealerships included) I was treated better, got an appointment much faster, got an appropriate turn around if my vehicle (not 2 days to diagnose a check engine light that I tell you what it is).
