I have used this car repair shop over the years. I had a bad experience and gave them 1 star. They have gone out of their way to make amends. I have changed my review to 3 stairs d/t to eagerness to correct the issues. I gave the company 4 stars before the bad experience, . I regret using Aero Auto repair in Vista. Mike was the worst at handling my warranty work and communication with the Warranty company and North County Ford who sold me the warranty when I purchased my used car from them. Aero had my car from Tuesday February 1st to Monday February 7th. The shop is closed on Saturday and Sunday. The problems started when Mike would not give me a coupon discount without the physical coupon. The shop has been flooding the area with coupons in the mail. Mike asked why I came on and I said because of the coupon mailers I thought I would try them.. But then he wouldn't honor the discount. As a new customer you would think he would want to do it for good customer service. I should have left then... I asked for a diagnostic and Mike came back with a $3000 quote for everything. My heart dropped. The quote included expensive tires, shocks, all fluids, cabin filter, oil change and the warranty work on the AC blower which is why I came in. There were many things that were not immediate needs. Well, I declined all services except the diagnostic oil change and a cabin filter. I got that $3000 down to $387. I can get tires at Evans buy 2 get 2 for $379. Aero put tires for $685 on the quote. I drive a 2013 Hyundai. It needs basic middle of the road priced tires. This told me Mike was price gouging. The oil change was expensive and cabin filter was $60 and I discovered I could have done it myself for the price of the filter. Then Mike wasted and entire day waiting for Ford to call him back when he should have called them again to release the car for warranty work. Once that was done the warranty company approved the repair. Then Mike calls me to say they needed a part for the blower motor connector. The part was at Escondido Hyundai. Mike asked them to over night the part on Thursday. I wondered why he didn't just drive to Escondido to pick it up. Well of course the part did not come in on Friday and they had to keep my car over the weekend. This is my only vehicle. Needless to say I was very angry. On Monday Mike went to Hyundai of Escondido and picked up the part. Well DUH!!! He should have picked up the part on Thursday. Mike wasted my time and left me without a car over the weekend for nothing. This shop is expensive, Mike is dimwitted and does not think logically. I will never go to this Auto Repair again. I noticed B and D Auto had a line of people so they must be the place to go. When I picked up my car I did have a coupon that came in the mail and I presented it to Chris. He honored it. I was glad Mike wasn't there when I got my car. I will never go back to Aero Auto repair again. Too expensive. Services: Air conditioning, Oil change, Air & cabin filter replacement

I received a coupon over the holidays so I thought I would try out the new ownership at a car repair shop I used to use years ago. They were extremely friendly and, in my opinion very honest. I thought I needed an alignment which would’ve cost more than $100 but they instead told me I didn’t need an alignment and the diagnostic analysis only cost me $45. How easy could it have been for them to just take my money? I appreciate that immensely in an auto mechanic. Keep up the good work. Service: Wheel alignment
