Hi John, Thank you for your feedback. We are dedicated to our customers and value their responses as it aids in making the needed adjustments to stay a sustainable business. We sincerely apologize that your expectations were not met. We always provide transparency to our customers to build maximum customer engagement. We quoted and performed a charging system inspection based on your concern. Our ASE Certified Master Technician confirmed 3 issues during our testing process. There was a severed wire at the battery current sensor and a poor connection at the positive battery terminal. Additionally, the used alternator that you installed in your vehicle was found to be under charging at 11.4 volts. We recommended wiring repair for the battery current sensor, replacement of the positive battery terminal and replacement of the alternator. All of these recommendations were strictly made to address the charging issue. You declined the alternator replacement and battery terminal replacement and were advised that the wiring repair alone would not repair your vehicle. When you came to pick up your vehicle you were advised it still wouldn’t start without a jump due to the poor battery connection and insufficient voltage from the charging system. We understand everyone has a budget, which is why we offer financing with Synchrony Bank. Approving only one of the 3 critical recommendations pertaining to your concern will unfortunately not fully resolve the problem. I am extremely sorry we let you down and hope you will accept my deepest apologies. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to earn your trust and business in the future.
