Mark Brent at Aero Auto Repai is an awesome mechanic. He set the alignment on my Porsche exactly the way I wanted it. I only use the dealer for warranty repairs. I use Marc for everything else. He's the only guy I trust with my cars, besides me.

Thanks John. We love Mark too! Thank you for sharing your experience. Reviews and referrals are the highest compliment!

Poor service, incorrect diagnoses, tried to resolve issue privately, all I got was radio silence. Bottom line, you should not go here if you have engine performance problem... Heres what happened... Scheduled appointment online. Was the second person in the door after they opened. Came in for diagnostic on my truck. Surging idle/high idle.(codes 21,42, ford) During initial write up was quoted just about 100$ for diagnostics, approved. Than I sat and wait for 45 minutes before they said they couldn't work on truck unless I pay $177 just to look at it because truck was old, saying they would give it to their "best technician" I approved increase... another 25 minutes passed before truck was pulled in. Than Sales associate says they need an additional $150 for addition time to do later for compression test (yes, after only 30 minutes of looking at it). Than she says that the technician left the shop for an appointment... what?! I ask her questions that caused her to call the tech on his cell phone... technician says I don't need compression test (at this point Ive lost their trust and feel like I'm being hustled). After call with tech, she says they need more time cuz tech won't be back until later. I take Lyft home... later that day, a different sales person calls and said I need a new computer. When I asked how much that was, she says "oh we don't do that", than she changes her mind and says shell call me back with quote. She calls me back and gives me quote... At this point, I feel like they are not confident in the diagnosis and are just trying to sell me a high ticket item before they look into the problem further. I ask them how sure they are of the problem and they says its a "known, non working part, and we need to replace that before we can go further" (this is to get their diagnostics charge even though they don't know what going on with truck. So I pick up my truck that day and pay the $177 for a diagnosis I don't trust. I was tempted to argue in the shop about my correct feeling, but I didnt have evidence yet. I get truck re-diagnosed to confirm computer failure and different shop confirms COMPUTER IS GOOD. So the lie is confirmed. The technician at a competitor shop immediately knows that the one code (code 21) were causing idle surge was either coolant sensor or thermostat ($20 part).... since sensor was new, new tech suggested new thermostat. The other code (code 42) is "running rich", he took five minutes checked the fuel pressure and noticed fuel pressure was high and suggested a (20$ part) fuel pressure regulator(FPR). I believed him because he proved it to me, unlike aero. When the technician at competitor shop took apart thermostat, he found it broken into three pieces and shortly after that verified old fuel pressure regulator was stuck open... So basically, Aero Automotive only has entry level techs who cannot properly diagnose easy problems on the most common truck in America (ford f 150). BEWARE OF AERO AUTO> DONT GET YOUR VEHICLE DIAGNOSED HERE. They tried to sell me an expensive, perfectly working part in order to 1, get my diagnostics fee and scare me away... or 2. They wanted to make enough profit on unrelated repair to buy time and find more things to try to sell me. Cant help but feel lied to and scammed.

Excellent, expert and fast. I didn't even notice that the tires were 11 years old. Replaced the same day.
