These guys are always professional, quick turnaround, and let me know exactly what they did and why they did it. Including pictures!! And Erica, what can I say about Erica? If I had my own business I would want Erica to handle every customer. She is consistently friendly, calls when she says she will, answers my questions and finds out the answers to the ones she can't. Provides me with alternatives if available and just a pleasure to work with. Makes me feel like I am your only client, and that is so important in this day and age :) Give that girl a raise!! :)

Just don't ever go here. They had my car for a month to get me past smog. All that was replaced was the fuel pump - apparently that takes a whole month. Also, the breaks weren't stopping correctly and they recommended i replace the breaks that was just done 6 months ago at a cost of $1000. Took it to a better shop, and he determined i had low pressure in the lines (a $200 fix). Thus, with Aero i would have been out $1000 to realize that was not the issue - David said "well i guess we'll just have to see". A thousand dollars to fix NOTHING!!! Never called back when they said the would. When i called they would transfer me to 4 different employees to figure out what was going on with my car. It was as if they have only been open a week and are still getting systems in place - yet they have been in business for years (god knows how)

Truly sorry things didn't go as smoothly as we had expected. Your 2000 Dodge Viper with only 23,000 miles and no license or registration had unusual issues caused by defective, special order parts from Chrysler which caused several unforeseen delays. The brake issue should've been under warranty at Chrysler as you indicated they were recently replaced at the dealer. We apologize for the delays and any inconvenience this may have caused you.

I went to this auto shop before for a repair when my check engine light came on. I spoke to representative who did seem to come off initially as being busy but in person she was actually very kind. I worked with Dave for most of my communication and he was also very genuine and transparent in cost. When I got to the auto repair shop I realized that they were actually pretty busy and I was immediately impressed by how well they were able to manage their work load and still take care of me as a customer. Without prompting Dave positioned the idea of reaching out to my warranty company for any repairs that could be covered. He directly called them on my behalf and gave me hourly updates on anything efforts that needed my approval. I really appreciated that. They got my car in and out the same day!!! I was able to pass my inspection that weekend and my engine light has not given me any problems since then. So 10 months later, today I had an issue with my coolant system and had my vehicle towed to Aero repair based on the rapport I built with Dave. The experience started off well. After getting a diagnostics on the repair needed I spoke with a representative about my quote for initial repairs. We discussed costs and seeing that I was not comfortable with the cost of repairs the conversation began to feel a bit rushed. I did not feel too good about the conversation. I called back to express my hesitation and my discourse about the conversation with the rep on the phone. Dave picked up the phone this time. It was indeed a smoother conversation. Dave sympathized with my concerns and the thoughts of having to pay a costly, unexpected repair, and took the time to explain and educate me on the necessary repairs in detail. He really made it simple and touched on the hard work that he and his fellow colleagues do everyday. The convo with Dave gave me knew perspective and I appreciated the time. I consented to the repairs, which turned out not to be that costly over all. I had my car the next day by 12pm. The representative that I had the snag with over the phone apologized in person without prompting, I shook hands with everyone at the front desk, and my repairs were completed flawlessly. We all are people, work can push us at times, and we are all customers somewhere. It's how we handle these moments that make us great!!! (added learning experience) I really appreciate this repair shop for taking the time to understand my needs, for being big enough to take ownership and accountability over my customer experience, and for still being humble enough to value me as a customer. They even had the owner of the shop, Sharon, reach out to me to follow up. Dave also followed up with me one week later to see how the car was running. They have a great team at Aero repair!!!! I greatly recommend this repair shop!!!

I’ve taken my E550 here twice for a quick AC recharge. The first thing I noticed is that it doesn’t smell like an auto service shop.. it is comfortably outfitted but not pretentious or swanky like the overpriced shops. I was greeted with nice smiles that weren’t forced. I highly recommend the place. This is why: The first was 7/17 then I came back 1/19. When I initially brought the car in there was no cold air from the AC at all. I asked them to just recharge it. They recommended against it because if there was a leak it would be a waste of $. I thanked them for the advice but I was in a hurry so asked them to just do the recharge. They did it right then & there. The $ was reasonable. When it was done they said they put in some die with the refergrant which would show any leak.the AC worked perfect. For a year. I went back 8/18 because there wasn’t any cold air again. They recognized me right when I walked in the door. Now that is first class service! I asked for a quick recharge again. I said since it took a year for it to stop working I was good with just another recharge again. They agreed to do it and pulled my car in right away. When it was done they said they found the leak in the condensor from the die they put in last year. They said the leak was small enough it should last about a year again. But I should get it fixed at some point. The AC worked perfect again. They called me about an hour later with a quote to replace the condenser. I thought the price was very reasonable. But since it was 5 times the cost of juat filling it once a year in fine with just having it recharged when I need it. I know that the leak will just get worse and the condenser will need to be replaced.
