I went to this auto shop before for a repair when my check engine light came on. I spoke to representative who did seem to come off initially as being busy but in person she was actually very kind. I worked with Dave for most of my communication and he was also very genuine and transparent in cost. When I got to the auto repair shop I realized that they were actually pretty busy and I was immediately impressed by how well they were able to manage their work load and still take care of me as a customer. Without prompting Dave positioned the idea of reaching out to my warranty company for any repairs that could be covered. He directly called them on my behalf and gave me hourly updates on anything efforts that needed my approval. I really appreciated that. They got my car in and out the same day!!! I was able to pass my inspection that weekend and my engine light has not given me any problems since then. So 10 months later, today I had an issue with my coolant system and had my vehicle towed to Aero repair based on the rapport I built with Dave. The experience started off well. After getting a diagnostics on the repair needed I spoke with a representative about my quote for initial repairs. We discussed costs and seeing that I was not comfortable with the cost of repairs the conversation began to feel a bit rushed. I did not feel too good about the conversation. I called back to express my hesitation and my discourse about the conversation with the rep on the phone. Dave picked up the phone this time. It was indeed a smoother conversation. Dave sympathized with my concerns and the thoughts of having to pay a costly, unexpected repair, and took the time to explain and educate me on the necessary repairs in detail. He really made it simple and touched on the hard work that he and his fellow colleagues do everyday. The convo with Dave gave me knew perspective and I appreciated the time. I consented to the repairs, which turned out not to be that costly over all. I had my car the next day by 12pm. The representative that I had the snag with over the phone apologized in person without prompting, I shook hands with everyone at the front desk, and my repairs were completed flawlessly. We all are people, work can push us at times, and we are all customers somewhere. It's how we handle these moments that make us great!!! (added learning experience) I really appreciate this repair shop for taking the time to understand my needs, for being big enough to take ownership and accountability over my customer experience, and for still being humble enough to value me as a customer. They even had the owner of the shop, Sharon, reach out to me to follow up. Dave also followed up with me one week later to see how the car was running. They have a great team at Aero repair!!!! I greatly recommend this repair shop!!!
