I chose Aero Auto because they only had 5 star reviews. I did not feel valued as a customer due to poor communication from my advisor, David. I repeatedly had to call to find out what was going on with my car. They had it 7 1/2 days! Labor total was $479.02, which equated to 4 hours, 1 1/2 of which were spent on 'diagnosing' my trunk latch not opening. Still don't understand why they didn't just replace it in the 1st place since I told them it was broken when I came in! On a positive note; they do an AMAZING job of headlight restoration at a VERY reasonable price. I will recommend them fir this service ONLY!
Hello Mindy, Thank you for your feedback. We normally have 3 service advisers to manage the workflow but we have only 2 now. Unfortunately, this sometimes causes a break in customer communication because they are carrying a heavy workload. I assure you we do our best to give outstanding customer service but we are a busy shop and sometimes things fall through the system.
