Last week I had a flat tire about 2 blocks from Aero. I limped over and asked if they could put on the spare, or, if too busy I would call AAA. With in 10 minutes they had my spare on with no charge. I then went to Discount Tire where they do charge. Had everything completed within 1-1.5 hours. Have been an Aero customer for years and have always been treated honestly and fairly. Last week was just confirmed more good service.

Aero Auto Repair is clutch! Only been twice but they have treated me like a god both times. My car is messed up right now while I'm out of town and I'm holding off on getting our fixed so I can go back home and fix it there! Hopefully I make it back. Lol.

The staff at Aero Auto Repair are exceptional. The front desk and mechanics are very polite and only recommend service that you really need. More than once I was told that a bigger job my car needed could wait a certain amount of time or a number of miles before having to do it.

Honesty and excellent service plain and simple.

Update to previous review: How do you negotiate with somebody who operates in bad faith? If only it Tony was capable of telling a true and complete story. Tony left out him trying to extort $2050 for storage which is almost double what is allowed by law. He left out that he never properly notified the vehicle owner because his secretary didn't update the records after being given the correct information. He certainly didn't take any responsibility for his poor communication and straight out bullying. If you have read this far, I am serious. Stay away from this place. The new owner, Tony, is trying to ride on Gary and Sharon A.'s reputation in the community, but he is just what you would expect from the worst quality shop in the business. Protect yourself so you don't have to hire an attorney like I did.

The services are professionally done! Customers are treated like Royalty. Highly recommended!
