I was struck by how tidy and well kept the office was! The environment is clean and organized, with ample seating for customers, books and television and a few small items for children. There was attentive staff at the counter upon arrival, who greeted me cheerfully. Ericka and Nick explained thoroughly and clearly what they believed was wrong with my car, and then Nick took the time to explain it all a second time over the phone for my husband! I was offered coffee while I waited (always a plus) in a very neat and comfortable customer lounge. Ericka kept me updated throughout the duration of my visit so I wasn't sitting clueless for any extended period of time. As some other reviews point out, this is not the shop to take your car if you need a well trained mechanic to help diagnose an issue. They will pull engine codes and fix what the car tells them to but I get the sense that the mechanics are mainly young and inexperienced. Don't expect much help with unknown issues but do expect them to charge $60 just to plug in that code reader.

Although I was disappointed not to see David there at the don't desk I was glad to know he Tom retirement. One of my concerns was two of the mechanics , Mark and Tod, I'd grown to know, like and respect may have left so I was more than pleased to know they were still there at my last visit. I am a 30+ year patron and have the utmost confidence in the service I receive.

Have used them several times,..with good results. However, I will not be returning in the future!! Last repair job on 2004 CLK500 I was charged 3 times!!....repeat 3 times for diagnostic...@$149...( Emmission system problems)....during the whole process. All supposedly valid reasons?? I told them what the code from car was to start. Spent over $1000 and today car is still not properly running......sitting in garage now!!...with another issue! Will fix myself!!!

If I could negative this place I would! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM! I took my vehicle in for an engine leak and the mechanic said since he had my engine out too long that when he put it back in, it fried my computer system and that I was financially responsible for an additional $1600 repair because of his mistakes. He said they had it out too long because they were delivered the wrong part twice. And they did NOT communicate any of their delivery issues with me at all until I called them to let them know I was on my way to pick it up at the time they told me to come. I almost had a heart attack. Dealing with the owner was not the best either. He said the best he can do is not charge me labor to replace my computer system. Ha! Such a joke! So if you are ok with them destroying your vehicle by all means yes go here. Otherwise I wouldn't trust me at ALL! A complete scam! If I was the type of person to sue them, I totally would!

Always able to fit me in when I drop my car off. They are also very thorough. and have never recommend work that isn't needed.
