I’m very disappointed! Went for an A/C repair - noise and no cold air blowing from driver side, and trunk door not opening. They had the vehicle for 2 full days and were still requesting for additional time. We originally came for a diagnostic but they started work without communicating with us nor obtaining authorization. We were expecting for the diagnosis and repair recommendations with estimated costs first and let us decide before they did any work. That said, we felt we had no choice but to move forward with the repair. The only work authorization given to them was to diagnose the Blend Door Actuator (Air Damper Control Servo Motor) for $148.35 - note that this is in addition to repairs they’ve already done without prior authorization. They charged $1,126.01 for Labor just to replace that Blend Door Actuator which is a simple task because it’s easy to replace - labor cost was ridiculously overpriced! After 2 full days of work, the a/c is still not working properly and the trunk door still doesn’t open. They said it was already fixed so we called Jasmine out to see it for herself before we left the place. So far, we haven’t heard any noise so hopefully that was fixed. Overall, we spent $1675.98 and brought back the vehicle with almost the same issues. We’ll definitely not coming back to this place for vehicle repairs.

The entire staff here is so knowledgeable and they take the time to explain my car's issues to me. The woman who works at the front desk is so sweet and she really makes me feel at ease. I trust them to not swindle me and to not let me drive a car that would be unsafe for my children. I heard about their services through a community facebook group and they had nothing but great reviews there too. Thank you.
