It's not easy to find capable mechanics willing to work on the classics, but I have to say I am extremely pleased with Mark and Aero Auto Repair as a whole. My little car is running beautifully, and I absolutely love that Mark takes the time to make sure his repairs are right. It's nice to also have a service advisor who provides excellent customer service. This is a dying art, and I can't say enough about how much that alone means to me. I appreciate that Jim takes the time to explain exactly what is going on throughout the process of repairs. He is respectful, thorough and he doesn't treat me like a female who knows little about cars. Jim is new to me, but I will be back because I feel I have a good team in he and Mark. Thanks for taking such good care of my little FIAT guys - I appreciate it!

The experience was amazing. I took my our car in to get it checked due to some issues the dealership to told us. They gave us a free second opinion check, which goes over all fluids and what could possibly be wrong such as : electric and air, etc. after an hour and a half, they gave us a results by text so we can look at everything. All went well! We got our belt changed and changed our air filter. The price is really good. When we got our car back a check engine light came on, but it was a little fix which took 20 minutes, and it runs well. The customer service is phenomenal. They were well experienced, and friendly. With a deployed husband and two kids, car repairs on our only vehicle are such a production and the crew at Aero Auto repair made it the the seamless process ever. From explaining the problem and solution to me (several times) with patience and compassion to booking a rental car and ride while my truck was getting worked on - I felt so well cared for! My initial call in landed me with Jasmine who was kind, listened to my situation, and helped me come up with a plan and timeline. Thereafter, Jim walked me through the DETAILED and itemized list of recommended fixes, and he did so without a hint of frustration with my auto-ignorance.
