I’ve been going to aero for over a year and a half. They usually do very good, fair and honest work. Their staff is always super friendly. But I recently took my truck in for A/C issues. I usually do all the work on my truck myself, but due to an upcoming deployment I have little free time to do work on my truck. When they gave me an estimate, they wanted to charge me 3.5 times what Napa, advanced, Oreilly, or any other parts store would charge for the replacement condenser. They also wanted to charge me 1100 dollars for the labor (it’s like a 4 hour job). On the estimate, they also suggested I change almost ever fluid in every other system in the car. The total of the bill would’ve been over 3 grand. It just seems like they were trying to pull the wool over my eyes and I’m disappointed because I trusted them and now I’m considering going elsewhere. Service: Air conditioning

Technicians are knowledgeable Service advisor is respectful Shop is expensive - $175/hour Couple things I didn't like: - Suggest price of replacement parts cost exceeds any sensible value (I was asked to pay $450/$550 (replacement/OEM) for parts that cost $40-$120, the most expensive I found at dealer for $350); - I was charged extra $90 for the job without prior approval from me (not sure if they allowed to do it, use to be $50 max) Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

I'm please with the service. I went there because the previous owner inform me about them. I needed to replace the right lock in my car and for been the first time I like the service because I feel they will the tradition of the previous owner which I saw for 25 years. Glenn is a pleasure to deal with, and the work performed here is definitely top-notch. I have an old trusty 2004 Nissan Titan 4x4 that needed some extensive updating and maintenance, some of it requiring a bit more labor than routine maintenance, and NCIS definitely did a quality job that will last another 16 years. I'm definitely using them from now on for routine oil changes, etc., and I suggest you give them a try! UPDATE 8/2/21: WE had some major work done to our older Camry, and are extremely happy with the work and new owners under the new name Aero.
